Sharper Image RC Phantom Crawler is an all-terrain, wheel expanding, climbing truck with expressive lighting and dynamic styling. The truck is designed to be a sleek and minimal take on RC cars in a world dominated by hyper-aggressive aesthetics. Working around a pre-determined internal mechanical package, we focused on maximizing the vehicle's stance and athletic silhouette. The design pairs clean, modern surfacing with subtle form transitions, an integrated customizable lighting system, and a rugged metal front bumper that signals off-road capability with style.
