A juice dispenser that blends concentrated frozen juice pods with hot water to create a balanced beverage.

The Cubo Pod Juicer is a unique home kitchen juicing system that blends hot water with a frozen juice concentrate pod to create the perfect temperature juice. Frozen juice creates opportunity to try fruit varietals from around the world without worrying about about spoilage. The primary design challenge lay in the machine's internal engineering, which concentrated heavy mechanical components to blend the frozen pods at the top of the device, creating an unbalanced and bulky silhouette. To solve this, we developed a segmented design language that divides the chassis into three clean, geometric volumes. The used pod bin is suspended below the main assembly by magnets, running the power and water through the thin frame on each side. This strategic break visually minimizes the machine's mass while naturally organizing the user interaction into an intuitive, top-to-bottom workflow.
