Concept designs for a series of desktop charging stations exploring a variety of functional and visual narratives.
Alogic Charging Stations are inspirational concepts created to inspire the Alogic in-house design team for their future product line. Working as a creative extension of Alogic's in-house team, we explored blue-sky layouts, premium material pairings, and new form factors to rethink the standard desktop charging hub for Apple devices. We developed four distinct design directions that pushed different functional and visual narratives, creating an inspiring set of designs for their future product lineup.

The stem of the design can rotate allowing for different orientations of the accessories. The user can prioritize having a specific accessory facing forward or having both accessories accessible on either side.

THE DESK COMPANION
A premium, milled-metal frame designed with a dramatic forward stance that suspends and presents the iPhone directly to the user making it extra easy to grab and place back on the dock. Airpods mimic the angled presentation underneath, easily accessible to the user. The cable is tucked underneath the suspended frame and through the rear leg. The device is connected to the Alogic app, allowing it to display the charge state of the Airpods on the side-facing LED ring.

Leather-wrapped multi-device charging pad that articulates to adapt to the user's desired phone placement. Phone can be placed flat when the user is avoiding distraction or angled upward when expecting notifications. To the side of the phone charger is a multi-point charging station allowing the user to charge a variety of devices from a second phone to multiple Airpods.
