A timeless hobby, focused through a new lens.

Celestron’s SkyMaster Pro ED binoculars are built for astrophotography and designed to blend next-generation optics with a form language that respects traditional astronomy heritage. To avoid polarizing veteran stargazers, we styled a timeless, balanced silhouette wrapped in rugged rubber over-molding for structural protection and intuitive grip. Because these instruments are operated in absolute darkness, physical tactile feedback is critical; we designed an oversized, textured central focus wheel framed by anodized rings for adjustments in low visibility. The final design integrates modern ergonomics into a comforting, high-performance design that appeals to purists and new hobbyists alike.
